- Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

- Approved refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
4. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
5. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the item you purchased and place a new order.
